Hotel was in an excellent location 10 minute walk to main square and 5 minute walk to tram/bus stop. Hotel was spotlessly clean, staff very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of hot and cold options. Rooms were warm a nice size and cleaned everyday with the towels also being changed everyday. Tea and coffee provided in the room. We left before breakfast on our final morning spoke to receptionist and she arranged for us to collect a food bag before we left giving a choice of meat or vegetarian. Each bag contained three small salad rolls two with ham and one with cheese a piece of fruit, yoghurt, cereal bar and s bottle of water.

The location is great, just outside the old town. The interier is clean and pleasant, including a the restaurant and bar. The room was properly clean and pleasant. Our room was small, but there was enough space for luggage and to move around. The bed was big and comfortable. The staff was very professional and helpful, we left our luggage at the reception for a few hours after the checkout. The breakfast was very good. We stayed for 2 nights, and the 2nd morning some of the options were different, which is great. We liked the coffee (which was important for us). Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Even before we arrived, the staff helped so much online with booking tours. On arrival at the hotel, we noticed how clean it was - exceptionally clean, the staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast (included in the price) was great and fresh, lots of options. We had dinner in the hotel for 1 evening and again the staff were very attentive and the food was lovely. Would definitely recommend and will be going back.

The hotel is fabulous, rooms decent size, very clean fresh towels every day, complimentary waters each day with tea and coffee also. Nice touch was that you could take an apple from the reception/bar too which was also help yourself! The staff were so friendly and helpful! Hotel location was only a short 10 minute walk to the main square and close to transport links and a corner convenance shop. Shower was good with a heated towel rack in the bathroom which again was a nice added touch. Fridge available in the room also. Iron and ironing board available when asked at reception which the staff kindly brought to our room and we were able to keep for the duration of our stay. Would 100% stay at this hotel again we had such a pleasant stay here! Thank you!

The location to the Old Town and the Market Square was brilliant, less than 10 minute walk. The room very good, warm, clean and comfortable. Complimentary water replenished daily was a nice touch too. Good food and drink in the restaurant, both at breakfast and dinner. The staff were a credit to the hotel. They were friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.

Great location, short walk to central square, great communication both before and during our stay, requested rooms close to each other which was great. Breakfast was really good, something for everyone. Bar staff really friendly and great value drinks/ cocktails We had to leave early on a trip one morning and got a packed breakfast at 6 am.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. HOTEL staffs were welcoming especially from the reception. Explained to us everything about hotel rules, the tourist attractions. Etc. The hotel is within the city centre and just a 5 minutes walking distance to tourist spots. Abundant and sumptuous breakfast buffet. Will definitely recommend to my friends who plans to tour Krakow.

Ideally located just outside city centre. Just off the main road so noise from frequent trams did not affect us. Breakfast was very good with hot dishes, and choice of cereals, cheeses, ham, fruit, and cakes. Airconditioner was effective and silent. The city itself is splendid with lots of restaurants and good shops.

The food was wonderful, the location was perfect - very quiet but a stones throw from all of the action. The room was spotless and very comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful.
